Product Manager
We are seeking a Product Manager to own a key piece of the Usar Labs product portfolio. Our product portfolio spans platforms (web, iOS and Android) and functions (e.g., reading, publishing, tokens). As this product is still in development, this role will be working in a blue sky environment to build the product, including establishing OKRs, driving the design process and interfacing with the broader organization.

Responsibilities:
- Set the product direction of the given product portfolio to deliver excellent product experience for users.
- Make strategic product decisions based on user feedback, research, and data trends.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, setting and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze requirements from users, customers, sales, support, and internal stakeholders.
- Use analytics and research to create customer focused messaging and content that are aligned with Usar Labs’ mission and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering) or relevant work experience in product management, development, solutions architecture, or engineering.
- 2+ years experience in product management with experience in technology or social media field preferred.
- Adept at presenting and socializing work to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of analytics, user research and other technologies to make key product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, as well as the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying time horizons and scope with minimal guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Senior Android Developer

Responsibilities
- Write well-designed, high-performance code and tests using best software development practices.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.

- Cooperate with designers to match visual design intent.
- Help maintain build pipeline by assisting with deployment automation.
- Work independently with minimal guidance on tasks.
- Ensure quality and performance of application to specifications.
- Identifying potential problems and resolving application issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Android software development experience
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
- Understanding of design patterns, MVP or MVVM
- Strong design and coding skills in Java or Kotlin
- A solid grasp of fundamental algorithms
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Strong communicator and fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience publishing mobile apps via the Google Play Store
